Mrs. Ventiquattro
generously agreed to take pictures of the entire Ms. Wheelchair Virginia
weekend gala April 11-13, 2008. As Assistant Coordinator for the program I
worked closely with Mrs. Ventiquattro. Her personality allowed us to
immediately connect and bond. She was also a professional. She worked with us
and our vision; making special effort to get a backdrop, table, even flowers
that would work to what we wanted for our contestant portraits. While she was
busy taking pictures the entire weekend she still had time for our contestants
and volunteers to fall in love with her. I feel her pictures were what we

Everything was

I’m an older bride
in my late fifties who wanted to have an unusual wedding and needed to find a
photographer who was really willing to work with me. I’m also a mother and a
grandmother and a discriminating professional business woman who expects that I
deserve to get what I pay for, including a quality product and excellent
customer service. After all, I grew up in a era when good quality products and
excellent customer service were not only expected but were the de facto
standard for all successful businesses. These practices have all but eroded
from the face of American enterprise. It seems that now consumers are supposed
to be grateful if they get the bare minimum - nobody wants to “go out of there
way” to make their customers happy. Businesses want you to pay a lot but they
don’t want to provide a lot. I’m simply not satisfied with that. I expect more.
I expect not only a quality product at a reasonable price but also
responsiveness, attention and excellent customer service. I began my search for
a photographer a full year before the wedding. After weeks of searching I was
thrilled to find Libbie . I quickly secured Libbie’s services and paid her in
full. Libbie worked with me from the beginning to the end and personally
attended to every detail with a degree of professionalism and customer service
that exceeded even my expectations. She went “out of her way” on more than one
occasion and even on the day of the wedding. There is nothing average about
Libbie or her services. If you are looking for a photographer that provides a
high quality product and unparalleled customer service at a competitive price
